for me to feel this way
never escaping
my depression and pain
sure I can be happy
and so can you
when you’re not angry
which is something new
no we don’t fight
but things aren’t good
they went back to before
like I thought they would
so we’re on our second chance
thought some things would change
but we’re back to where we were
everything’s the same
I said I love you
and you said it back
that we had a deal
a signed contract
that hasn’t changed
because I still love you
but as I sit here worried
confused on what to do
I think about all this
my mind is so stunted
I still love you
but is this what you wanted?
