To harbor to the passionate love
The love you were once so certain of
To gather the courage to constrain your grip
You cannot induce the slightest slip

The confusion that constricts and consumes you
The affairs your delirious mind can brew
The slightest voice whispering in your head
Intoxicate you from what truly lies ahead

Your wonderous sparkling eyes
Your cryptic tone of voice
It captivates my only essence
I'm enchained to you with no choice

With a detonation, you erupt
in the depths of my soul
you slashed through my veins
but for that you paid the toll

you doctored my heart together again
from the shattered state it had been

you nurtured my every spite and wound
you discovered my every desire
the angels are truly jealous my dear
that i was blessed with such an attire

So be inspired from my awakening
I know there will be no forsaking
I won't take my passion for granted
Because dear, I am enchanted

And so I've realized what things truly matter
And most essentially, my dear
not everything comes on a silver platter
