I lay on my bed thinking to my self
What if I could cut my self.

I lay on the floor thinking to my self
What if I could kill some one.

I lay on the sofa thinking to my self
What if This is what I really want.

I sit in a chair thinking to my self.
What if Today was my last day.

I stand On the world Tallest tower
I think to my self Do I wanna Jump.


I cry to my self thinking
Everyone Hates Me.


I'm asking someone to help me
