A Future, Long Since Sold

I once had wrote to you, my friend,
About a simple plan.
A plan I'd call my life, of course,
If I had stayed where I began.
I once had riches, piled high.
A mountain made of gold.
I had a future, handed here,
A futrure long since sold.
I had a thousand chances,
Yet who was counting then?
My life, A melody long died,
If I only started where I began.
I had it all, a family,
I even had some friends.
I had myself this dream, one day,
Yet I dont finsh, where I began.
It seems long since the world died,
And choked me going down.
It seems that happiness has stared,
In a solemn, desperate frown.
The hopes that people bring us, as we think of who we are.
Were so great, yet nothing happens now,
Grown up, we've come so far.
I had it all when I was young,
I made myself this plan.
I plan, I called my life, of course,
Now I'm back where I began.
