You were the one who asked me first,
I asked you if you were the one i could trust
And so it began, day by day,
I was hoping this wasn't a game you wanted me to play

We sat together holding hands,
It felt like we were on the beach, walking in the sand
With you I shared my first kiss
The next one, I wouldn't want to miss

You said "I want to be with you."
and I should forget all the stuff we went through,
It seems like were just waiting on time to pass
I somehow knew our love would last.

I'm were I belong, when I'm with you But its really hard to
get along,and you know its true
And the time were apart seems to long
but we will be together again before too long.

I know I was wrong, when I asked you to change
because you not being you, would be to strange
It seems like when were talking all I can say is I love you
and to me this relationship will never be through

It seems I've been to hell and back
but I'll always love you and thats a fact
It's like we always disagree, on everything from A to Z
But if we are going to be together, thats just how it has to be

So theres only one thing left that I have to do
because this poem about my love for you is almost through
And that one thing I have to do
Is tell you, Casey, that I love you!!!!
