If we were to meet…

If the universe were to twist in our favor…
That moment I would love to savor…

If we, ever, were to meet…
The mutual feeling; oh so sweet

If we, ever, were to kiss…
Oh, the feeling; all the bliss…

Your eyes gaze; a glint of light
A beautiful feeling; hold me tight

You take me in your arms; embrace
Hands shift up my sides; caress my face

Slowly we attract; sparks fly
For just a moment, I become shy

You reassure me; show me natural attraction
Finally our lips meet; no distractions

First the top lip; then the second
I’m in a trance; this is heaven

A stunning moment; I can’t describe this
Pulsing heart; only you and I exist

Our lips fall apart; you cradle my face
Hold me closer; for this moment I can not replace

Although just a fantasy; maybe silly, this wish
Only you and I know; this thought isn’t foolish

Simply to meet; and emotionally to connect
To react to one another in this way seems inept

The inevitable truth…?
I want to be with you
