The Reality That Never Was

Where does it start, at the beginning
Or at the end, all unseeming?
Perhaps it starts now the present,
Or the middle with reason evident,

And extends past and future linear.
It, is the reality you and I live here,
Or is it the reality unseen without,
Yet cries within, unheard the shouts?

Until the legacy of time warps the linearity,
And alters what could and should have been, sincerity.
So does this mean linear time at end?
With a loop effect in time, the trend?

No I say! It, our reality, is by heart intertwined,
And less linear than it appears inclined.
You see, reality and our hearts are by forces united,
And we must break the trend to loop, deny it!

And by our heart or soul decide,
And of our temptations, override;
So that this viewed but unseen reality
Will weave its way toward temporal infinity.

So where it started will matter not,
For hwere it goes will never stop,
If we chose to allow what should have been
To take its ascending linear stream.

This reality within, will then be without
To the view of all, and heard the shouts.
So the healing can begin in the generic “we”,
And what should have been, will truly be.
