You say you know what its like
That you've been in my shoes
You're just trying to be nice
I bet you think it's a clever ruse
You think that lines sneaky
But its one you overuse
Just like me
You say we can never be
"There's nothing there"
Well there is you see
I love you
And you just don't agree
It doesn't mean there's nothing
It means you just don't see it
Hell maybe I'm just crazy
Just some kind of misfit
But no, you're wrong
Love for you is glass in my veins
You tied me in knots
Bound me down with your chains
I can't deal with it anymore
All of these pains
Your vicious lies singe my heart
Leaving brutal scars and permanent stains
What happens in the end?
Neither of us gains
Whatever I hope he's Mr. Wrong
Makes you hurt the same way I do
Maybe, one day, you'll come back for me
Say that now you want me too
Too what? Too late!
Something you knew
You'll come crawling back
Say my love for you was true
Well now it's false
You used me
I loved you
But I'm off of you now
My heart is wasted and through
