she walks alone

She’s stuck in a world that no one can see
Afraid of what will be
No one can see the pain she hides
The fear and the anger inside

She walks threw the world alone
Waiting for someone too save her
She waits with a heavy heart
She can’t be saved

Happiness is an illusion that
Is flaunted in her face
And she finds it hard to breath in this place
As everyone looks on in disgrace

No one hears her cry at night
No one can hear her scream
As her dreams start to die
So does the light in her eyes.

She wonders how she got here
When did she become a shadow
Instead of a face

She feels nothing but emptiness now
As she struggles to fall asleep
Grasping onto the comfort between her sheets
