Why is this silence so terrifying
When its all I wanted?
Why do your words cut right
Threw to my soul?

I don’t understand why you
Cant just love me.
What did I do to make you so
Disgusted by me?
Have I let you down somehow?

Because of you I am empty inside.
Afraid to hold anyone close to me.
I don’t know how to love completely
How to fully give my heart away.

Because of you I feel like nothing.
I will never be good enough.
I feel alone and angry.
All I ever wanted was your love.
All I got was to be pushed aside.
