Each day I’d stay up late at night
Recalling things that I did right
But things are no longer perfect
Everything becomes so imperfect

Distance between us has grown too wide
That’s why you aren’t here by my side
I was afraid that you’d say it’s over
But our rate of survival gets even lower

I wish I could take us back in time
But it has gone too far, we can’t rewind
If you’re not in for real,
Then don’t try to fake how you feel
If you’ve got something to tell me,
Don’t hide them all from me

Since I said I’d give the world for you
Anything you ask of me I’d do
But try not to make me let go of you
Because my love for you is true
