Ready or Not, Here Death Comes

Laying alone in the park
Late at night
Nobody knows where I am,
And I think it's time-
This is what I want.

Ears become plugged,
Eyes become blurry
I'll fade slowly,
I'm not in a hurry
Find me in the morning.

Time goes by so slow
Feels like I've been laying here forever
Memories start a slide show in my mind
A dream come true, we were together
What went wrong?

Missing you already
Sorry, I've failed yet again
It's always my fault
Things never work out
Wait, maybe I can have a second chance.

No, I don't want this anymore
Stop me from fading
Never even had the chance to live life
It's too late
And I'm pretty much gone

So I lay alone in the park
Late at night
Nobody knows I'm dead,
And it wasn't time-
This is not what I wanted.
