These amazing lies, they make it seem alright!
Its sick and Its sad, But, We're addicts!
Simply said, This Drug has consumed our lives.
Misery and Depression now rock me to sleep,
While dirty heroin needles are all that I see!
Methadone helps, it cures a little pain,
But that doesn't help when your feeling literally insane!
Heroins become everything that you are!
You Like it, No Love it! Your trapped by the allure!
You stick and poke and think its all alright,
In your mind, its perfect! Nothing can go wrong tonight.
Allowing the evil to hide in your brain like a body in a hole.
Your no longer human, getting high is the goal.
Sober your empty, a void in your soul,
Useless and angry your feeling alone,
No one gets it, Ever, They're all outside,
Don't see nor care how I feel inside.
If they opened their mind, and gave it a try
They'd be just as fucked, as you or I
Sobriety gets old, before you know what happened!
Your back in the shooting gallery getting high again!
But this last run has deadly repercussions,
This lifestyles rough, you ain't safe from nothing!
One bad batch or an infected shooter,
Spells out death for all in that gutter.
Now your dead from Heroin my friend.
Is this how you want your life to end?
Dead in an alley with 6 other junkies!
Listen to me, its really not that funny.
Addiction sucks and it ain't no joke.
Just be smart, if you must, Just Smoke!
No Lines No Bumps, No Shots, No Rails!
Junkies Don't live that long Pal, Don't even swallow pills!
