Don’t go
It is a scary place out there don’t go
A place of violence and hate
Where danger hides on every street
Stay close to me,
In that world out there, you never know who you’ll meet
Where flowers have died
And buildings stand tall
Where happiness has ended
And all good begins to fall
The fighting continues
But you must stay the same
Promise me little one
You will not take the blame
Our whole world is caught up,
Caught up in politics and fame.
Little child stay close to me
I just want you to be safe
Why cant you see
Its dark out there
So stay in here
It will suck you in
Then never let you free
My little child
Stay here with me
You mean everything
So I want to protect you
While the time is wasting violently you’re the only ones that’s true
Where equality once stood
Now everything’s a stereotype
Please my little child
Don’t get lost in all the hype

Don’t go
It is a scary place out there

I can protect you
Save you from all that’s bad
Because I could never bear
To see my baby sad
Why do you have to leave?
I have everything you need
Don’t worry about the race of life
I’ll keep you in the lead
My heart is beating faster
As you walk determined out the door
I feel you leave
Because there are no vibrations left in the floor
A tear falls down my cheek
I know you will never be the same
Your out in the world now
Your life is no longer a fun filled game
