Grandparents are fun to have around,
They support your every need without a sound.
It is a must they get their respect,
They should be every child main aspect.
You can laugh, joke, and play all day,
They will be there for you with nothing to say.
Now if you mess up, you best watch out,
They will be on your case without a doubt.
They really do not mean you any harm,
This is to let you know to stay alarm.
They have been, they have done that,
They know how life is and that is a fact.
So here is a pointer from me to you,
If there comes a time, just ask them what to do.
They will answer you as honest as they can,
Most of us wish we had a long life span.
I like to end my little poem like this,
Go find your Grandparents and give them a hug and kiss.


I wrote this for my grandmother before she died.
