never go behind my back

and that I'd never need to act

You said I'd never have to hold back tears
I'd never not be able to call
You'd never give me reason to fear
you'd never let me fall

That I'd never ever be alone
never a word I couldn't say
and there was never a thing I couldn't have shown
because it was never in the way

Well that's allot of nevers
and I've believed you from the start
But It's too late to say forever
when you've already broken my heart
