When I first saw you my heart skipped a beat
Or was it just the heat?
Such beauty bore from pain
Of those who where profoundly slain

Yet I stand here wishing I didn't see
That you where laughing beautifully in glee
To see you on the second day of that week
It was fun but is was just you I seek
But to end it all in dismay
Because with you I cannot stay
Here in my bed I just lay
Hopping I had more to say

Though I’m glad I asked your name
I just hope you feel the same
