Excuse Me Sir, You've Lost Your Life

Excuse me, sir, I think this is yours
I found it on the road
I found it under this sticky mess
Under rock and stone
Excuse me but I think it's yours
It has your name, though sratched away
Excuse me sir, please consider
Take your life back today
I'm sorry for the pain you feel
I'm sorry for this hate
But I believe you'd want you life back, sir
Before it is too late
Take it not from someone else
But please take it from me
I've known enough to know your life
I've known the things you see
How can I know, you've lost your life
And where it may be found?
How could I look you in the eye
And say your lifes hellbound
If this was someone else, dear sir
You may take it as a lie
But I have known you way too long
A second on this sidewalk, passing by
I've been there all before, you see
I've left my life aswell
But no one followed, in disbelief
No one knew where it fell
I simply laid it out that day
And hung my life to dry
But I vowed to save another's life
Before my dry life dies
Before it falls upon the ground
Symboled with my death
I'd help you, find your life again
So that you may have something left
