You came into my life as just a fad
But what I noticed was that it made me sad
How could some one so smart and handsome
Yet be so rude and cruel
You took what I had right out of my hands
You said its over we never had a connection
My affection that I had was no more
That’s the last time I’ll ever fall for someone like you
Yet I grieve
So I try to retrieve the love that was misplaced
But you don’t seem to care
That I myself am lost
