I saw through your eyes
But I didn't want to say
you buried all this sorrow
With a trusted friend today
I hope you lay those flowers
Across this cold stone grave
Resting forever memories
That we together made

It's hard to think that someone
wasn't meant for this life
forgive all my arguments
I never wanted to fight.
That night was an ending
we never knew we had
Now we'll end up sending
all this love drove us mad

I'll lay in my coffin
Hoping for the rain
Lay me resting shallow
So I can feel the pagnes.
I'm hoping to lie forever
And never rise again
Though lover's be lost it's told
It's not supposed to end.
