Fallen To The Beast

To inhale the crystal swirling air
And heave my lungs, breathe forth
I stand between humanity
Out of this human court
I stare into the moonlit haze
With the humid summer's air
I breathe my final human breath
One more, is only fair
I watch as light takes over me
A ball of swirling touch
A moon of magic, with one cold stare
That has cost me way too much
I kneel and say my final prayer
That my human hands shall feel
I think my final human thought
My final essence is revealed
I heave the magic, swirling dust
That has shown upon my flesh
I stare with my cold gaze, ahead
And let the moonlight do the rest
My flesh shall peel straight off my bones
But my bones become anew
And my flesh lay helpless, with my mind
Upon this moonlit dew
My eyes become the devils work
And my senses multiply
My arms become my feet again
As logics soon defied
But now you see not what I was
But what I am, tonight
As a creature, steps off this earth
And the humans out of sight
I took my final human breath
And let my body rest
I left my life and flipped my cards
And wished my life the best
A moonlit haze still shining through
As the castle walls seem cold
A baron field of howling
As the humans pay their toll
A warewolf runs about the night
And the thoughts that once were mine
Have drifted far, into the night
For others, soon to find
And others fall into this field
Where the moon is company
And the cold belief of emptiness
Brings them all to me
And one by one they linger
Unto this baron land
One howl, becomes humanity
As beast, succumbs the man
