Giving up, well at least I'm trying
But, I don't want to let go right now.
I don't think my heart can take another break,
But for you, I'm willing to take this chance.
I can feel myself slowing down,

I can't take it much longer, but

I'm trying to tell myself, no.
Trying to take it slow,
But true love never waits,
for my mind to anticipate were we will end up.
So I'm trying to give up, but I don't
Want to let go right now.
I can hold on a little longer, strands of fate
Have yet to linger. Strands of fate
They will mingle. They will mingle for us.
But I think I can still wait.
