Our Regrets

A million words you scream to me
I wouldn't care to scream some back
For every day it seems this way
That I'm under your attack
A frezied volley, to and from
With your suttle cold remarks
I'd simply listen, till the end
If I cared enough to start
Time has taken honesty
Along with this respect
For time shant heal our bitter hearts This time shall just infect
And with the place that I once had
In my heart, a place for you
This place has clased the gates itself
I won't be so dishonored to look through
A million words you screamed to me
A million never heard
A million thoughts of honor, lost
A million new ones, I prefer
And I could never know the truth
And find out who was wrong
When I hate you, and you hate me
And here we'd never get along
And I could never know just when
We crossed that point in time
Where loving hearts met cold remarks
And soon this hate had reached its prime
But time has joined my side now
As I forget the bitter past
As I bottle up the way you were
And the ways I was harassed
I forget through knowing, I was right
Through remembering the truth
I'd rather lose the past through honesty
Accept the regrets of my youth
And so with time we label off
The things that we forget
As the mind keeps people, and keeps the past
And marks them "Our Regrets"
