I stand in my reflection
With my green eyes looking back
I stand atop a mountain's peak
I follow no man's tracks
I stand in my reflection
With a thought passed thorugh my mind
A thought will stay there, motionless
They try to make me blind
Dear world, I can see you
And see you looking, too
I can see you pulling me away
From my religious truth
I can see complaints
That life dispells the light
That you, and me, are bitter hearts
In a world, no one likes
I can hear you telling me
That I'm another peice
To the worthless puzzle, the worthless whole
The worthless soon deceased
I can hear you calling out
The lies that you believe
I can see you, looking back
I wish that you would leave
I notice you have scared me
Through I brush it off my face
I believe, in Jesus Christ
I believe in God's grace
Pity me, or just forget
You will not make me lie
You will not make me say
That nothing comes after we die
I look into the mirror
In the reflection looking back
I look into God's work of art
Now I know the facts
I look outside my window
And its so easy, just to tell
I see this God's creation
Though they see something else
Every peice of every part
To make up every whole
Every atom, creature, plant
This life is simply gold
And you, you tell me cooincidence
Has taken part in this
That every thing created here
Were a bunch of accidents
I don't care what you will say
I'll follow my own path
I'll live my worthfull life, again
And leave your words upon the past
And I do all this while staring at
The lies that you create
Through disbelieving eyes, of mine
I look upon my face
Dispell the hate thats taken me
Into a disblieving state
I believe, again, forever
Heal these scars upon my face
