I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday
In a different kind of way
I thought I’d write a poem to explain
You have brought me happiness in so many ways
Endless smiles and laughs that go on for days
I really don’t know how to express what I want to say
But I just want you to know that in my heart you will stay
Never, will it fade away
I know in your life you will accomplish much
Some things great and some things small
But if you ever are in a time of need
You know where to find me, how to reach me
I just hope that you get whatever you want in life
And don’t let things hold you back from being great
You need obstacles to help show your potential
But all in all, you need to enjoy your being
So live everyday to the fullest with all capability
And to end this I would like to say
I love you and I hope the best for you
And I hope that all of your dreams comes true
