This chance to choose came to me.
Out of nothing, unexpectedly.
In that moment I had to pick
I could feel the seconds tick
But if this choice was to be made
I’d pretend the feelings couldn’t fade
I want to feel something for just one
It will be the one with the strong bond
Yes, there will be one left behind
No running back to what I’ll find
Not allowed to check if they’re gone
Or even step back to what I’ve done
They both had sweet hearts inside
Although one I know more precise
That didn’t make it easier to decide
The other was something hard to described
Something I didn’t know anything about
But the first would always bring me doubt
I have been waiting for long enough
All I want is someone’s love
And to love them with all my heart
Words I say, as sharp as a dart
The one will hear them, and not run
But these phrases will be only for one
This choice is driving me insane
I know what I would lose and gain
I’m not allowed another chance
There’s not even time for a second glance
