As I awake,
From a horrible dream
I open my thunderstruck eyes,
Only to witness more evils
And converse with the unseen
I battle this thing
That supplies my thoughts
And rules my emotions.
So tell me, now what?
What does it want from me?

Are you sure you are willing?
Do you really want to hear?

Asphyxiated by hatred,
My eyes water
And my chest burns fierce
Scandalous thoughts
Iniquitous ideas
Sinful propositions

What is it that you still want?
Why do you stay?
Are you sure it won’t hurt?

Tell me your problems
Give me your pain
So simple is the answer
Stolen no’s and repeated yeses
So obvious are the reasons
Broken heart and tortured soul
So what are you going to do?
Let me out?
Or keep me buried?
Tell me you are willing
To give in

Whisper it soft
You know I’ll still hear
I share your thoughts
And decide your emotions
You are an innocent human
Who shall be victimized

I will use your body
And control your mind
I am your inner demon
You never knew existed
You cannot keep me hidden away
These padded walls are proof
You were willing to obey…..
