Inside insanity

The hole in the door
is so small you see,
It's the only taste of life they
will give me,
They say I'm crazy
that I've lost my mind,
Who are they to define,
reality from fiction,
This straight jacket
fits so snug and tight,
I think I'll try to break out
of here tonight!
They give me shots
that put me to sleep,
that's when I get really deep.
My mind drifts away
to an unknown place,
A place they never go
because they can not see
the demons that try to
take over me.
They have to give it a name,
because they don't understand
so they call me crazy,
and medicate me,
Here I am trapped inside
this piece of matter
you call my mind,
don't think I don't know
just who I am,
You'll see tonight
when I visit the land.
