When I grow weak,
and pain keeps me from sleep,
then you, my beloved master
know what you must do

You will be sad; I know
but love me enough.
My beloved master
to do what is right

We have shared many happy years
and what you must do now; do without fear
I know you do not wish me to suffer
so let me go and end my pain

Take me to where my requests they'll embrace.
but please stay with me
my beloved master
Until my eyes no longer can see your tear stained face

In time I know you will see
the compassion you showed.
My beloved master and friend
you have saved me from endless pain and suffering

Please do not grieve
over this painful thing you did
We have been so close, all these years
Do not let your heart, hold back its tears

And as you sleep tonight
Dream of me as I know you will
And remember my beloved master
No human could have loved me
