Do not touch the flowers that they may grow

So that they may cling
to the roots of time
and know the deep places
of life,
arrive
at a poetic view...
Otherwise
the noise
and heaps of earth
puts them ill at ease
and these are not
their only doubts...
They do not have the means
to resist agressive insects.
Their vibrations hide
their identities,
and their movements
their virtue.
Feeling their friendship
offers a sign...
It is their place
to be beautiful and significant.
These are not toys
for the passions.
Do not touch the flowers
that they may grow.
