The night is a reflection of my heart
Dark yet filled with life
Never knowing
Never showing
How I am deep inside
The hurt I feel is overwhelming
The light has no meaning
My heart is still screaming
Screaming for something, Far away
Something you can not find during the day
The darkness is my guiding light
It makes me wonder if my life Is truly right
If I could look in vain
Past the hurt
Past the pain
I think I could find the true light in my heart
A heart that's as dark as the night
The way I live I laugh in vain
Trying to hide the pain
Of my dark heart
Filled with Life....................
