A feather falls upon the pond
A ripple seems so slow
A shinny spot upon the grass
Is where a rose shall grow
A bush shall lay a home
Unto the singing birds
The sqirrels wisp around the trees
And the immages all a blur
A ray of light cast 'pon the dew
That glistens through the air
A kite shall fly above the heads
Who seem so less aware
A leaf shall sway so gentily
And a butterfly is hit
The wings of perserverence
Get down, yet up, so quick
A spider crawls upon the leg
Of an unexpecting foe
But death is not shining today
And the destroyer, now, lets go
The fish are granted ignorance
In a pool of seldom grief
A perfect lands a perfect time
To keep this perfection breif
The breeze shall catch the fancy
To everything, alike
A common ground is formed between
As day breaks into night
The creatures that have ruled the day
Drift calmly to their dreams
A common life, takes place at night
Though so different, it seems
As space becomes too little
A plea for chance begins
To save your home, do anything
And break it as you win
Nature that has bred the two
Shall break them but again
For greed is the destroyer
That shall doom us till the end
A hole shall mark division
Between the perfect lands
I can see you, you see me
Whats different in this man?
A hill shall mark our qualities
Our common empty fates
Disdainfull facts shall push and push
And close the screaming gates
A hinge shall crack between the poles
And winds shall break the chains
A thought of one, for two shall pass
But never, there, remain
A life that used to be united
Stands within repel
A home on each, the other side
Leaves both homes, not so well
A feathers swiftly cut in two
The shards shall lay atop
A thousand ripples, empty out
The things they couldn't stop
A shiny spot upon the grass
Is shadowed by the hill
A squirrel, prone, to roam the lands
Now stands, idly still
As day becomes the night again
And night becomes the day
They continue their nocturnal hell
Or daily, the same way
The sun shall shine another morn
Soon evening breaks the call
A moon shall rise, empowering
As the sun so faintly, falls
The change has brought uncertainty
The change has brought remorse
A hate for both, the other side
Shall map a distant course
A leaf that swayed so blissfully
Now sways in hollow shame
A butterfly, shall clip its wings
For it shall feel the same
The fish shall swim within their grief
And wallow in their tears
No one can see in front of them
Though the waters crystal clear
A mark of pity, one believed
Is no more shown unto
The spider that believes the same
Is squashed and crushed in two
And wish the wings of perserverence
And the legs of enmity
The tides of love and pity
The light is damned to thee
With the ripples of forever
And the breeze of seldom pride
With the premier of but a moon
Gives the sun a chance to hide
With a hate for but another
A lesson brings the truth
We brought this hill, upon ourselves
One we were far from born into
With ignorance and greed
We regret what we let go
I'd spend my life, returning it
But the gates, forever, closed
I can see, the other side
A feather falls, so slow
And a shadowed spot, on weeping grass
Marks a trampled, lifeless rose
