God is very important to me
How important He is no one ever will see
He is the one who saved my soul
He is the one who will make you whole
He will guide you through the night
And in the dark He'll make it bright
He gave His son to die for us
And yet the world's not thankful, it's in a fuss
Just accept Him and have peace in your heart
That's what the world should have done from the start
You don't want to get stuck in the Lake of Fire
Where the temperature seems to get higher and higher
You want to go to that beautiful Land
Where before your saviour you will stand
And when I die I'll be on my way
I hope to meet you there someday
