Betrayal

What’s the point in having a friend if you can’t trust them?
What’s the point in trusting them if they turn their back on you?
What’s the point in destroying a friendship if you’ll be all alone?
What’s the point in crying when you don’t know what to do?

I’m in pain but no one to turn to
In turn, I got screwed by you
Let myself be trampled or go on alone
Make the right choice and no more long nights on the phone
No more good times, can’t trust those who betray
This is such a hard decision, Why did you make it this way?
Why couldn’t you just stay loyal and true?
Can’t you see the pain you’re putting me through?
You were always there for me, was it fake?
Will it happen again, is that a chance I’m willing to take?
Go on and pretend everything is fine?
Forget that you betrayed me and crossed the line?
A stab hurts worse when in the back from a friend
But I don’t think I’m ready to let this friendship end
