Kind Sir

A moment of your time, Sir
A moment just to spare
I know that you don't know me
But you seem as if you'd care
See, Lately I've been wondering how to sort out life
And the only way that I've found yet, was by the blade of knife
Now, I know what you're thinking, Sir
I know it seems absurd
But I hate life, truly I do, you'll have to take my word
I once had love, but love was lost, just taken away from me
Which brought on cuts, cut so deep, yet only I could see
Now, I know what you're saying, Sir
Everyone experiences loss
But that's just one, of many things, to get my point across
I have many things to fear, Dear Sir
Like being on my own
Often I am crippled by visions of being alone
Now, I know how you're feeling, Sir
"This girl just seems to drone"
Don't forget to inscribe that
Whilst setting up my headstone
